Release or hinge so that it can be placed over and removed for the receiver for when it needs to be disassembled.

Hey I just got off the phone w/HiPoint ordering more 995 mags. I asked the chick on the phone when the new stocks comin out she goes.. "I dunno, hang.. on" then I hear some guy in the back go.. "I dunno, we're not suppose to say, weeks I guess, tell him a month" then she came back on the phone and goes.."a month"

First time Poster here. I just ordered a 995 a couple of months ago and was told they were down for retooling?-and it could be a while before I recieved my carbine. If this picture is what I get, I will be the happiest man alive LOL. Cheesy
