in short...the atmosphere. Some gas in it scatters the blue spectrum. Didn't even cheat on that one. Im an enthusiastic and avid crappy astronomer. Love learning about the heavens.


Which will happen first? The sun to die out, or the moon to spiral away from us in space, escaping our gravitational pull?


(Edit-of course if the sun dies first then the moon, like the earth, will be engulfed when it  reaches the red giant stage of a stars life span)
