I just got off the phone with MKS Supply and I have a few updates for you guys...

First, the 4095TS will be available sometime in December, most probably before Christmas. So, look for that coming soon. The 4095 hasn't been in production for about 6-8 months due to the change over from the standard 4095 to the 4095TS. We can expect to see them again, as I said, in December.

4595: No word yet. I am sure they are still working on it and as soon as I know, I will pass it on to you guys. It is still coming, so don't give up hope. I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

I asked, and they don't have any at all for any classic 995, or 4095.... Once they come in, I'll post that as well.

Saweet...sounds like it is going to be a good way to start the 2010 New Year with a new carbine.

I just got a Kel-Tec SUB 2000 in 40 S&W last week. I bet I can make room for the new 4095TS when it shows. Been stocking up on 40 cal ammo anyway just for such an event. Any idea on prices? Even ball park?

My LGS said about the same thing, around $250 depending on stuff you get with it.

Well, I screwed up: during a long period of indecision on 4095 vs. (future -- any minute now) 4595, I passed on a $200 4095 in a pawn shop a year ago.  Bad choice, and I'm now realizing that I like the .40 S&W round better anyway.  Belatedly.  Cry

Oh well: live, learn, and move on.  And I think I'll just glom onto the new 4095 when it appears, rather than wait for the 'lobber'.

Hey folks.  The Hi-Point Firearms website links to the carbines are not working.  Possible updates to the carbine pics.  Got this off the carbine page:

"Hi-Point carbines come in two calibers: the economical 9mm and the popular .40 caliber (.40 cal projected availability in March 2010). "

If they put it in writing, it must be close!   Cheesy  yay!  Cheesy yay!
