That's ok... if it makes you feel better I'm told I pretty much look like my profile pic:P

Well, at least I know I have someone to bug on a Summer Vacation away from the 120 degree heat here angel

It's the angle of the camera, I've met Primal in person, and from the right angle he does look a little bit like the dude in his avatar.

Take a look at my photobucket page. I think there's a pic in there that I resemble Barry Pepper, but I don't remember.

Please don't judge wyoming by your trip on 80 it looks like a lunar landscape for the most part down there, when you leave cheyenne you'll go over a mountain the rest area at the top has a cool bust of Lincoln youcan see from the highway good place to stop for pics too. after Laramie there will be a mountain called Elk mountain off to your left (I'm gonna guestimate about 45-50 miles) It's called that for good reason and this time of year you may be able to see Elk grazing from the highway. from there until you get to Utah its the lunar landscape I mentioned lol. Stop at Little America Exit 68 last decent place to stop really before Utah. Once in Utah you'll pass the Winter Olympic site on your way into SLC then you'll go down parleys canyon I think it's a 7% descent for about 15 miles not bad in cars or pick ups but youll see to runaway truck exits, let me tell you it's fun going down that in dual tankers weighing 114,000 lol. Of course if you're going 84 you'll miss all that. Anyway give a wave north either through Rawlins or Rock Springs I'm sitting way up here by the mountains not that ugly I 80 corridor. Have fun man!

Edit:Oh BTW fun fact Rock Springs, WY was just recently on Wild West Tech I think was the show ..on the prostitution episode, yep sin and vice put it on the map and it hasn't changed much lol.

There's a spot on 84 called Devils slide...pic worthy also, near Croydon good view from 84, IIRC there's a parking area there.

Once I leave Salt Lake City, I'll be taking 15 North through Idaho, and then jumping on I-90 West out of Butte, Montana all the way into Spokane. The reason for this, again, is because it's a shorter trip in time and in miles. There is a route that would take me through Boise, but it's 14 hours drive time even though it's 20 miles shorter. Taking 15 to 90 is only 11 hours drive time, and there are more services available on the interstate, as well as help in case something happens.

Ah.. you'll be driving right through my part of the country. The stretch from Butte to Missoula is a nice drive.  If you're planning to stay in the state at any point let me know and I'll drop you some intel on accommodations and restaurants.  Drive safe.

Sorry Wade, I'll be driving from Salt Lake straight into Spokane, as I have yet another reservation on base at the Air Force Inn for my wife and myself.

I know Nampa 'cause I lived there for 6 years. That's crazy never thought I'd meet someone on here that didn't live too far from me when I lived there...
