I have recently found this document and I felt that it was pertinent to include it here as quite a few of you have had questions in the past about this subject.  I have done more research on the author's findings and it appears to be very accurate.  But again, it is your decision whether to use your gun this way or not.

Interesting read. 

I still can't bring myself to buy anything other that mil surp, or the Winchester 7.62x51 white box though.
