I'm new nere, and I'm a fledgling Hi-point nut. Don't have one yet, but I'll probably remedy that with the 995TS from Cabelas by the end of the month...

Put my deposit down earlier today, I'll probably have it on Mon or Tue next week. I already have a box of ammo ready for it, but won't have time for the range until next week anyway. I'm looking forward to shooting a few dozen rounds through it...

It took 7 weeks for mine to arrive so I hope you do get it by the end of the month! Before you shoot it, I suggest that you give it a bit of oil. Mine didn't seem to have any on it. Have fun driving tacks with it!

It was in stock when I put my money down, so there were no worries there. It now has a new home (mine), but haven't gotten it to the range yet. Maybe this afternoon I'll get there and pop off a few rounds. Having only 1 magazine is a drag, especially since the spring is still tight enough to mostly keep the 10th round out... |
