I don't want to spend anything more than 250 OTD and with Thanksgiving coming soon, I hope I can find a good deal. I like all these guns equally and want to know your opinions on what I should get.

995 is always a good choice in my opinion.  anything HP for that matter I always weigh the warranty to the other guns without.

Start with the basic 10/22, build a custom rifle as money and time permit. You may find yourself eventually building 2 or 3 different 10/22s for target, plinking, and hunting use.

What guns do you currently have ?
Taurus pt140 mil pro. Marlin 60. And a Taurus PT92(old lady's dad's, but basically mine.)
I did have the 4095 for a long time, and really liked it, so I'm leaning towards the 995 right now, but love the customising you can do to the 10/22.

I voted for the shotgun. I'm thinking you should get the shotgun then the 995. I got my 500 just because it's so cheap and easy for me to find/shoot 12ga right now.

Just save some money for a bit, then buy all of them at the same time. Problem solved.

It's a tie between 995 and 10/22... I guess since I own both, I know exactly how enjoyable both are to shoot, and how accurate they both are to take out pesky crows.
