somthing about toe pics(i still havn't figured that one out? maybe i don't have enough posts yet?)

The original HPFF charter, article 3, sub-chapter 9, paragraph 11 states,

"... All firearms posted for evaluation or appreciation on HPFF must contain at least 2 toes someplace in the picture. Failure to provide pictures with accompanying toes, is grounds for the membership to ridicule, harass and otherwise mock excessively said poster for his or her lack of inclusion of toage. Further, posting said images without toes may be grounds for toes everywhere to file civil lawsuits for discrimination against said toes. No part of this section shall apply to images of firearms, HPFF or other brands which are damaged, broken or otherwise used for diagnostic purposes..."

Now, if you believe any of that, I have some prime location swap land for sale near the sea of tranquility,... (Bonus points if you know where/what the "Sea of Tranquility" is, without using Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other search engine.)

Seriously, the whole toe thing is an inside joke on the HPFF and sort of like a rite of initiation.

It stems from the fact that it is an almost universal truth. Almost everyone, at some point, will attempt to take a picture of a firearm while laid on the ground with them standing over it. In almost all cases of said procedure, the toes of the person will be captured in the picture along with the firearm in question. Also almost universally accepted as truth is the fact that same person will then posted said picture with said firearm and aforementioned toes, to many and multiple websites without editing of any kind save for maybe re-sizing image to fit within a particular websites size restrictions.

Dear Corelogik:
Luv ya! Well said. I made sure to get my toes in my first photo posting in order to conform to the rules of the forum.

If I to pick up my foot to the height of the kitchen counter next time, I'll be in trouble!
