Wallyworld had about 20 boxes of 9mm WWB 100 rd packs. I bought two for $20 each. First time I've seen WWB 9mm in Wallyworld in more than a year. They still didn't have .22lr or .45ACP. Rifle ammo looked like it was coming back.

Blazer Brass 9mm down to $10.99 here.  PMC 223 $8.99.   Wolf 223 $6.49.

Still can't find any .410  2 1/2.

Walmarts are more plentiful around here. Oddly enough though the one right down the street has no pistol ammo but lots of rifle ammo. .380 is starting to show up a lot more but is about twice the price of 9mm usually. I can find .40 all day long around here too, which sucks since I don't have one anymore. A couple Meijers down the road from me have a lot of ammo all of the time too, which I think is kinda weird.

What part of central Ohio are you in Keby? I grew up on the east side of Columbus, Hamilton and Livingston area. I'm out in Newark now.

I actually grew up on the east side too. I went to Groveport High School. Grew up right around Hamilton and Noe Bixby. I'm currently in Grove city though.

That's funny I went to Groveport for a few years back the late 70s early 80s. I went to Groveport Madison Middle School. We moved a lot so I hit Reynoldsburg, Whitehall and Columbus public too.

After seeing the stocks of ammo at the Elmendorf AFB BX tonight, I would think there never was a shortage to begin with. There were cases of .45ACP, 9mm, 40 S&W and .357/.38 just stacked behind the counter waiting for someone with more money than me to claim them and bring them home.

Just this oast weekend I saw a FULLY stocked ammo counter at the Walmart we use.  They had everything at pre-panic prices.  EXCEPT for .380 of course lol.

It was a great sign though.

I'm starting to see ammo come back.  At least, the sporting goods stores around here are only short of hunting ammo ('tis the season, after all), and Sprawl-Mart had more boxes than empty shelves over the weekend.  (I had the kids with me, so I wasn't allowed to look more closely.)
