I was wondering how good one of these would work and if they would be accurate at all. Kinda cool idea.

yes and they dont work for shat.  you have to use a flat head screwdriver or similar implement to remove the spent case (usually ruining it in teh process, personal expeirence here).  i have also heard anecdotal reports of a few cases where the bullet struck the inside of the parent 12 ga barrel after leaving the converter unit, destroying the shotgun.

ETA, the adapters to shoot 20 ga in 12 ga work just fine but you still have the extraction issue.

why bother shooting a round from a 16 inch barrel when accuracy is below snub nose accuracy?  I did look at another company who made a 20 gauge adaptor for a 16 guage, but at the cost of a good one I would be better off buying a loadall.

Why not just poke it out with a pencil from the front?  I have one, haven't shot it yet.

most cases refused to budge that way.  i had to pry them out.  the 12 to 20 converter was particularly bad in this aspect.  i think it was the rough mchine work ont eh inside of the converters that caused it.  there was no polish work done that i could see, it was just like it came right off the lathe.
