Internet Blogs and gun knowledge are being soon threatened by new dictatorial Federal Rules (not law but unlawful Administrative Rules) and Global Common Law in the Trans Pacific Partnership. In the 30 June Federal Register, new rules are hidden in order to punish passing on information on weapons training, information or knowledge of any kind. It will be considered "Domestic Terrorism."
Knowledge and information would have to be approved before being released to the public. This isn't coming from the "tin foil hatted, conspiracy theorists" either. This information and concerns are coming from The State Dept. and the NRA as well. Because, the internet is "international, international rules and treaties could apply. Violation of these new rules could get you a 1 million dollar fine and up to 20 years in prison.
Anyone who has seen a doctor recently for depression or has any mental health concerns/conditions could cause you to potentially, and permanently to lose your firearm rights. Here's something to think about: If it's a "right" how can it be removed from you? Without any legal proceedings and your "day in court"? If some Governmental Agency can take away any of your "rights", your right to vote, own property, start a business, own and bear arms (not just firearms, try carrying a lock bladed knife in New York City and enjoy your time on Rikers Island), your freedom of speech, are they "rights"?
Do we in todays "free society," have any real "Rights"? More and more of these so called rights are being converted by our government and governmental representatives, into "privileges". "Freedom of motion" use to be a right and legally still is. Legally, you can travel in your private conveyance, without insurance and without a license. However, tell that to the cop that pulls you over. Inform them that you don't need a Driver's License to travel in your personal conveyance, because the Supreme Court has ruled that driving is a right and not a privilege.
That you've paid for the "right" to do so in your taxes and that they have no right to stop you, detain you or arrest you for committing a violation of a rule or ordinance. That, according to your State Constitution and Bill of Rights, that only the State Legislative Branch can make law. That those same "rules" and "ordinances" are only for the corporate entities (towns and cities) and their employees, which only they have to abide by them. Not you, you don't have to abide by them. You might get some of that out before getting night-sticked, pepper sprayed and/or tazed.
Carry a firearm, openly, down the street of your local city or town...see how popular that you've become with your local law enforcement officers/agents. If you're a disabled vet, suffering from PTSD (that would be most of us), felt depressed, because your significant other left you, or for any other reason you don't feel tip top, your doctor might inform on you.
If this happens, you could receive a late night visit from your local SWAT Team.
As Ronald Reagan said; The 9 most dangerous words in the English Language: "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: "I'm from the government and I'm here to help."
