My 995TS came with the Aim Sport 4x30 from Hi Point. Is this one any good? I haven't put it on yet.

My 995ts came with the AIM 4x30 scope and it works great. I have at least 2000 rounds through the rifle and the thing holds zero. I have evan have taken it off and put it back on and still is very close to zero. I have to say that I have mostly used it on an indoor range and outdoors (50 yd).

Thanks that's good to know. I'll put it on tonight and weather permitting go to the range Thursday and fire it for the first time.

I have 995, installed Bushnell 1.5x4.5 shotgun scope good for close up and great for 100 yards. I like red dots but the dot covers up too much of the target at 100 yards for my liking.

Red dot. Its not a long rang gun by any means. Maybe something with a slight magnification like a 4x but I wouldn't see the need for anything bigger.

i prefer the open sights on the hipoint carbines but as i get older my eyes arent as good as they used to be i tried red dot scopes but prefer a regular scope . i bought a 4x32 compact nc star on e bay for under 40$ for my 995 and am happy with it i feel the shorter compact scope looks better on the carbine. if it were somthing i used to hunt with then i would go for the better scope but its not legal in pa to hunt with a semi other than a shotgun for small game or turkey . so my 995 is just a plinker and the nc star serves the purpose
