Default what do you folks think?
I'm thinking of trading my .44mag Super Black Hawk for a .40 carbine. I have a JCP40 and love it. just a thought.

I wouldn't, but I don't trade much. I'd rather keep what I have and add to it. .44mag Ruger is a real nice gun.

keep the .44 mag. if you can wait it out, you should be able to find a carbine for a cheap price. i just saw a used .40 carbine for $150, if i wasn't saving for a car/truck, i would have picked it up. bottom line, if you are patient, and willing to wait, you can find one for a good price. plus, your .44mag is probably > $ hi point carbine.

Me? I would keep the .44mag and just save the money up for the Hi-Point .40 carbine.
