These typs of targets are not for gun ranges, my son lives on a farm and thats where we shoot. Basically for back yard ranges. I only go to a range in the winter, why pay to shoot if I don't have to.

Good for you....but this thread has nothing to do with living on a farm.

If it only has to do with some kid drooling on your gun, why post?

Well you have totally missed the entire point of this thread, I wont say any more than that because I wouldn't want to insult anyone.

Yes, I am a neat freak when it come to fire-arms. Anyways since the sand was wet from last-nights ran it was the perfect opportunity to go up there. I brought my Hi Point 995 Chrome which needed to be zeroed, my S&W 645 because I have a ton of .45 ACP ammo, and my new Taurus pocket pistol the TCP. I started at the twenty-five yard lane with the carbine, as you can see from the target it started out low and then with a few adjustments was spot on. A tall young dude was there with his mother(I think), they were shooting a Sig .22. They noticed my awesome shiny carbine and the young guy was drooling all over it.
When it was time to change targets I asked him if he would "like to try it." He said..."Uhhh YES!" So I loaded the magazine for him and away he went. When he was done I asked him if he liked it and he said "Yea...I want one now hahaha." I like to set the example for Hi Point owners, we are friendly, very knowledgeable, and like to save money...duh who doesn't. His mother asked me if I go hunting with it and I said no, I told her it was mostly for fun as a plinker and self-defense inside my home. She wanted to know what caliber it was and I said 9mm. It was a great experience, the .45 shot great even with the ProMag, and my new pocket pistol .380 ACP was very accurate. I always try to recruit new Hi Point owners and letting them shoot my gun is a very effective way of convincing them.

The subject matter was actually so...... all over the place, that the "entire point" was indistinguishable. I glad you had a good time and that the kid liked you HP.
