Doing the math I come up with:

Magtech 9mm - $212 divided by 1000 rounds = 21.2 cents per round before sales tax

CCI .22LR - $169.95 divided by 1000 rounds = 16.995 cents per round before sales tax

For plinking/target ammo both seem a little on the high side, especially the .22LR ammo.

JMO,
BK

I dont own anything that shoots 9mm, but I have lots of 22lr guns, I picked up 1k rounds of federal bulk with a steel ammo can at cabelas on sale for 69.99 the non sale price was 99.99, but that is in my area yours might be different.
