yeah, my buddy bought some for us last time we went to the range. I didn't know it was Winchester White box until just before loading it (and we had driven 1.5 hours) It kept jamming, I was thinking about the warnings here.

I am on the other side of that argument, as I bought 3 boxes = 300 rounds not too long ago from Wal Mart also in Virginia, and I shot them through my Glock and some through my 995TS and I never had any misfire, and the only FTF issues were when my son or girlfriend was shooting the guns and I had to correct their stance and grip on the weapons. After those corrections, they had no more feed issues at all. We shot all 300 rounds between two separate range trips, because we mixed together some other brands - Federal Red Box also. WWB was a great deal and shot fine for me.

I have used WWB in my 995TS and both my Ruger and S&W 9MM pistols with no issues. Also use Federal and TulAmmo in them with no issues. Seem like some have had issues with the white box but I have to say.. Works well for me so far.

If it works well in your guns, great. Just be sure to spend that extra effort to visually examine the bullets, especially the case, as you load them. That ammo has been shown to have more variance than most and some failures, possibly causing kabooms. Might be due to lower quality controls and higher defect level. That being said, the only defective bullets I've handled were by Remington, where the case was torn during pressing the bullet into it, and might have been very ugly had I shot them. Now I always roll and look at the bullets for defects as I load them.

I only but the bulk WWB bulk, loose packs if there's nothing else of comparable price on the shelf. And then I'm careful to check rounds as they go into magazines. I haven't run into problems with Winchester ammo that comes in the white boxes with the styrofoam bullet trays.

I can get 2 50 round boxes of Federal Champion .40 cal for about $1.00 more than the 100 round box of WWB at my local WalMart.

I started out buying the WWB but, it's much dirtier than other brands and blackens the whole front half of my gun including my trigger finger.

I've ran over 2500 rounds of WWB 9mm this year alone and have not experienced as much as 1 squib. I shoot it at the range as well as at IDPA. I found it to be no different than Blasser Brass, Rem UMC, or USA ammo's ammo.
