Core, most of the PCs I use are laptops with low resolutions, so it may just be the 1024x768 causing problems, but the CSS at the top is a bit wonky for me.

That's partly the resolution your using and partly that particular theme. If you could do me a favor, try the HPFF Base theme or the default and let me know if they have that issue too?
