So who wants to write an article
on how to properly use mil-dots?
Well, any article, really, but I'd like to see a good article on using mil-dots.
I think the "free supporting membership for a year" think is still on, right Austin?
So far, it's been Greg_r and I going for about 8 weeks or so. Now, I admit that I've got around another 7 articles in the queue, enough for 7 weeks at one per week, but I'd really like to have more in reserve.
Even basic articles are good, even if it's stuff that there someone on some other site has probably already written an article about such as "how to properly sight in a firearm." It sure looks to me like there are lot of people who don't know the rule about moving rear sights the direction you want the shots to go or to use a bench rest. An article about how to properly sight in a scope would be good. If you want to keep the Hi Point cachet, then make the article, "Sighting In Your New Hi Point Carbine" or whatever. Throw in some pictures and an illustration or two (or at least directions for what it's supposed to be), et voila!, you have an article.
Figure out what you want, and post your submission to the Technical Articles & Write-Up Submissions
