Default Modernizing a Mosin Nagant
From what I can tell Hi-point and Mosin Nagant owners go hand in hand. I have a bunch of upgrade questions.

I want to get a fullsized mosin and:

Bend the bolt.

Add a scope rail.

attach a rifle scope.

And most likaly get a ATI stock for it.

I figure I would then have a good sniper rifle with cheaper then dirt ammo. Has anyone done this? How much do you think it would be each step and in total?

Also I own a M44 but I like it the way it is :cool2:

i would like to do the same but x2 one for hunting and the other for shooting zombies at a safe distance. have had many mosins but have never did anything to them.

Of course, you the scope you choose will be up to you. But, you'll need something with a "long-eye relief" such as a pistol scope.

You had better not do it. If you put the ATI stock on it, it will void the warranty.
