.....your wife refuses to watch historical military shows with you because you always quote stats and performance data on everything they show seconds before the show states them....

You might be a gun nut if your daughter's wedding gown was blaze orange.

If you carry M2 Headspace/Timeing gauges as part of your uniform,
If you have more 5.56x45 than .223, know the difference between them, and yet don't own a weapon in either one.
If your multi-tool has a takedown pin and bolt scraper(Leatherman MUT)
If you sleep with a nine millimeter by the bed, but wake up with a .38 in your hand.

-You have seriously considered giving up eating to save up money for a new gun.
-Everytime you get on a computer you go straight to a gun forum.
-You can drive to the nearest gunstore, pawnshop, or tatical outlet blindfolded.
-Your family knows not to walk around your house at night with the lights off.
-Your investment plan includes guns and not gold or silver.

I have some real concerns. After reading the 4 pages of posts on this 'You might be a gun nut if' thread, I find that I can associate myself with about 90% of the examples of cause for concern. My question is should I seek professional help or simply be content with finding a home in the gun world and continue feeding my affliction. After all, I don't own all the firearms that have ever been made.
