Default No Pics yet: My Saiga Conversion!

Just got home from work tonight to see a box full of Tapco Goodness for my Saiga Conversion! I got the stuff from one of our sponsors: Milsurpstuff.com.
Prices were right comperable, and benny had the majority of stuff I need for my AK-103 clone. Thanks Benny!

You're welcome.

Thank you.

(I've been pretty busy lately - Cub Scout Camp, vacation, etc. Not much surfin' time)

ElGuapo, let me know how that goes. I'm looking to purchase a Saiga and do the conversion.

elguapo, how much do you have into the saiga conversion? I can get a 12 G in 18 or 20 for $379.00 locally. Want to know how much it takes to pistol grip and hi cap mag it with all the legal goodies.

I got the saiga locally for $348 OTD. From milsurpstuff.com, the order came about $150 or so (discount included!) I got a tapco Pistol Grip, AK stock, AK foregrip, a AK mag follower, G2 singlehook trigger group, and a AK piston (another USA made part). I need a couple more parts that I want for my AK-103 clone (foregrip bolt on adapter, bullet guide to use AK mags, and a Muzzle Brake. and a AK Gastube.) I am doing the conversion myself (when I get some time to devote to it. I need to dig out my camera, to at least get some "Before" pictures up.)

Ditto on the info. I'm tempted by one of these myself, although in 7.62x39.

You gotta tell me that local source. I haven't seen a decent .223 or 7.62 Saiga for less than $450 to $500. Steep for a 7.62 and NO way in this world that I'm paying that much for a .223 for sure.
