Yuuup! HP makes only one 40 cal mag and it is used in both the JCP and 4095 carbines. By all means get a 4095 they're pretty cool.

I recently listed a 995TS with 6 mags and soft case for $320 on INGO.

Maybe true they're ignorant of the guns but so what? The manager spoke about a store policy not a gun. They may not know firearms but likely do know the store's policy for selling them.
