I cast for 5.56 and have no problems with accuracy as long as I keep them around 2200 fps. are
gas checked 55 grainers from the Bator mould that Midsouth Shooters Supply sells. I run these

I load my 45-70's with 405 grain gas checked cast bullets which chrony at 1875-1900 fps with

My first experience with guns was when my uncle took me with him to the river to shoot at cans
