Yes that is the mount, yes pricy shipping, but the total cost is $7.19, not too expensive

Actually, I can reach the rear push button with my thumb pretty easy when I am holding the fore
grip as the light is currently mounted.

STUPID QUESTION ALERT!!!!!If it's mounted on a siderail why would you need an offset mount?
