  All of the surgical consults are done off base by a civilian provider. The military is doing
  that now just in case something goes wrong with the surgery, we have the option to sue the

  That's the thing wade, I don't have disc disease, my degeneration is the result of an injury
  while playing basketball. It sucks that it's multiple levels, but it's injury, not disease
  that's caused it...
