Mossberg 464 Brush Gun. Not really stainless, but marinecote. But it has the look!

Didn't even know they made these. I got to get off the pepper laminate and stainless kick, this is an addiction! At least it's not a Ruger though! Right Swags?!

I just wonder what problems there will be with it?

I know there are some supposed issues with the gun. I have been looking at the SPX a while and the issues have kept me away. But this one is purddy. And i got it at a good price. Hope they are worked out.

Did he say Whore-na-day?
:splits:
And it’s got fiber optic sights which are an abomination on a lever gun.

Until you start knocking on 60 years and realize you can see them a whole lot better than traditional sights.

I have fiber optics on single action revolvers for cripes sake.

I want a tang mounted peep with a doughnut of light tube in it....gotta stay traditional, right?

I think a micro red dot mounted in the rear sight dovetail could be a good answer for those with a more modern tastes

But then...my lever gun has no loading gate or tube, and wears a nice old, low mounted, glossy-blue-so-dark-it's-black, Weaver scope. So what do I know?
