About 10pm yesterday the girls were struck by a driver who was left of center. It was a headlight to headlight strike at a combined speed of around 80 mph. The oldest is cut and bruised. The younger is cut, bruised, and has internal swelling and bruising. Shout out to GRACO, who makes an excellent infant seat. The baby seems to be unscathed. He already has a follow-up scheduled for next week.

I plead no contest to lewd and lascivious behavior as a preteen watching her on a black and white TV

Always wanted to move north. Maine, or maybe the Michigan Upper Peninsula, but the older I get, the more the cold hurts.:(
I'm glad I lived up North in muh yout'.

Working in thigh deep snow on a windless, bright sunny day wearing blue jeans tucked into snow mobile boots and shirtless throwing 75 pound bales of Timothy hay six stacks high onto the trailer was exhilarating!

Cutting snow drifts with the truck on back roads.

Toboggining down steep slopes with your friends.

Hot mugs of Dr. Pepper and cheesecake.

Crackling fires, singing camp songs.

Snuggling with your woman under quilts on frosty mornings.

*sigh*
