I will honestly say the Mosin is the baddest rifle I've ever fired. When I first got mine and took it to the range, I did a 40 round course (that's what the typical Russian Soldier carried in WW II). My shoulder was black and Blue afterwards. Shortly afterwards, I purchased a butt pad for it.

Been there, done that with similar bruising. For your next Red Army appreciation exercise, try loading it (with or without stripper clips) after staying outdoors in zero degree temperatures for a couple of hours.

Eh, That's not so bad, at least the rifle would be long enough then, and the padding would soften the kick.

And also, what no m1, Thompson, or BAR?

The list was limited to 10. If we listed every gun that's cool, it would be the "top 1,000" list. ;)

And...

panache
panache
panache
panache
panache
panache

Peace favor your sword,
Kirk

A buddy of mine has a TC encore rifle in 45/70, and a TC pistol in 30/06.... The 45/70 is a biotch....
