my hipoint 10 mm is marked 45acp on stock. why is this?

It's the same stock across the platform. What matters is what it says on the action.

The Hi-Points come as 2 sizes. A small frame, which is the 380 and 9mm.

The large frame includes the 40S&W, 45ACP and 10mm.

The stocks fit according to the frame/barrel diameter size.

Didn't mean to hurt your feelings. But I do feel pointing out correct info is useful. Or we could just leave things rather vague if you prefer.
