230 grain 45 acp reloading

Just sharing, I cast my own 45 acp 230 grain TC bullets, and powder coat ( they are beautiful bullets) then, load them up with CFE Pistol powder, and my 4595TS, love them. I have not chrono'ed them yet, I hope to this weekend. I will post, when I do.

Except that 45super is better from a 4595 HP
Would the spring have enough resistance and the breech block have enough mass for that? If it didn't have enough resistance then the extra oomf of a 45 super would batter the poor thing to pieces. I'm guessing probably but I don't think I'd want to be the one to test it.

One would think that the 1095 spring would be stiffer, and could be substituted. But I've never seen data on HP recoil springs, and now it seems there would be a need and therefore a market... 🤷‍♂️
