32 auto defense round

Being a 32 auto does not penatrate as well as a 9mm. Would it not be better to have a FMJ over a JHP for a defensive round?

Thanks SW for confirming my thinking! Altho it's not a moot point when a JHP cost 1.5 to 2.5 more than a FMJ, right?

32 auto is scarce here, no such thing as bulk pack :-[
