$350 for a Century Arms AK74 a good deal??

Yes a ak74 not 47. A guy locally is selling one. I never realized how much cheaper the ammo is for these vs. the ak47. after looking on gunbroker this seems like a steal! Any feedback?

Two years ago the WASR 2 hicaps could be found on sale for under $300. Last year the single-stacks could be had for that price. They may go on sale again, but the barrels will be US made and almost certainly not chrome plated. I have 2 Century 5.45 rifles and I'd jump on another in good shape at the price you were quoted.

Yeah, I'm recommending you buy it. BTW: the price of the ammo just dropped. Russian Spam cans can now be found for around $140 / 1080 rounds.

I tried but the guy sold it for 425. I was at work and someone beat me to it! Oh well bought a new mosin 91/30 today instead!
