My take: We see far fewer complaints or problems with the 4095. It holds open with last round. Better rd than the 995. Ammo is more expensive but not much higher with current demand. More LEAs have switched to the .40. Recoil is less with the 4095 and it is more quiet than the 995.
Only drawback is accessories. Lack of. HP says the new stock will be avail for purchase in August

Is that because it's a better gun, or because less people own them?

You tell me. I started a thread asking a similar question a long time ago and got, IIRC, zero bad feedback. I'm sure if they make fewer that there are bound to be fewer problems. I still maintain the view that it's superior to the 995, probly cause I own one!
