I have 3 oem High Point mags. They are all extremely difficult to remove or strip the rounds out. Am I missing something? 40cal 10 round.

Shoot more. Break them in, they’ll get easier. I assume they work at the range? You have shot the gun, right?

Also....they aren’t Glock mags, so you won’t be able to easily thumb them all out.

If they're dragging in the grip when you pull them, pinch the sides together SLIGHTLY.

As far as stripping rounds, by hand I assume, @ajole is spot on. Empty them the easy way, reload, then rinse and repeat. Leave them loaded when you're done, and/or grab a pencil or dowel rod and work the followers up and down to break in the springs whenever you have a few minutes of downtime at home.

I "tweaked" mine and they run very well. No problems from the mags in years. BTW. I had run three of them in the pistol for a few years and then ordered 2 new ones for the carbine. the new ones definitely needed to break in and be tweaked to run as well as the older ones.
