I am working on my .40S&W and want to put a rail on it. Does anyone make a easy install rail that fits on top right out of the box?

I was looking at buying this sight for it. Anyone have any experience with it?
I heard recently from a friend that HP will be coming out with new stocks for the carbines but haven't been able to find any info. He also told me HP is making a .45ACP carbine...I hope this is true, i'll take 2!
