Not reading all of this, but the main thing going into a KaBOOM is the case volume at time of ignition and the secondary factory is bullet weight. Since your case volume is the only real variable here, [40gr is in the realm of normal weights, 45 being the heaviest listed] then I'd say you could safely start at minimum powder for a 45gr, if not a 40gr, and work up a safe load.

Not a smidgen of reloader logic here, just good common sense hotrodder and science.

Compare case volumes from common 40gr and 45gr bullets, if the datum check out, GTG!!
