hey, does anyone know if the barrel is chrome lined?

yeah, I was thinking the same thing after I posted it, for the price, I can certainly keep the barrel well oiled and clean, that extends the excuse to play with my toys after returning from the range... 8)

If you shoot it out or ruin it in any way just send it back to momma for a new one. That's even better than chrome lining.

if you want a nice silver colored bore then just shoot some lead bullets through there, lol. thats about as close as your gonna get to chrome lining

no doubt that I will never be able to shoot enough rounds thru her to need a new barrel but nice to know 'mom' will take her back and replace the barrel if there was ever an issue, gotta love HP and the 995
