I figured someone on the forum would want it or may already be the one bidding on it. If you get it and send it in, lemme know if MOM fixes it.

I'd want to swap the internals. Keep it looking just like that yet fully functional. Then send the rest to MoM for replacement. Actually, I bet I could rebuild it myself.

Hell no. It's an ass who can't do math. After shipping x2 and fees it's over $150.

probably the owner now that he knows he can get it fixed for the cost of shipping...

  7. I think that guy just may be a "smart" ass.

So he pays $85 + $50 for Shipping x 2 + $20 Transfer fee for FFL Dealer. Total of $155 and the rifle is shipped to Hi-Point.

If I am not mistaken the warranty states that the piece will be repaired or replaced right?

This one looks to be in such poor condition that I would think replacement
    is quite likely.

    So they replace it with a Brand New 995TS . . . For $155 !

That sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

    cheers

He's an ass for out bidding me. And personally, I'd be rather disappointed with a new TS. Even for $150 or so.

Hi-Point will repair or replace it. But will it be worth it in the end since you can find one in good condition for $150 - $200?
