I was watching "world dumbest criminals" on tru tv last night. A man tried to hold up a gas station with a knife or something, and the clerk pulls out a hi Point 995 and takes action. It was pretty cool.

The carbine really does seem like a perfect gun for shop keepers to have on hand.

You mean the good guy had the Hi Point????
That goes against everything that you read on the internet, the bad guys are supposed to have the cheap Hi point saturday night specials.
Maybe a few more positive stories like this will help spread the image that Hi Points are good quality firearms , that are used by good people to defend themselves, even though they are inexpensive.

It's just basic business practice to minimize costs while maximizing revenues. Hi-Points for store defense is good business fundamentals.

I remember that .the only thing that gets me is that the store owner ask the robber
to accept allah or something and actually gives him some money and lets him go.
