I bought a 995 and as others say, the stock is not the most attractive, so I decided to alter it. Here are the results. I will wait until tomorrow to reassemble to be sure everything is fully cured.

So was your goal to make it more attractive or less?

very different. I like it when someone does something that makes their gun different than all or at least most of the other ones.

Well that's certainly different. That's the color combination I was considering for mine.

Nice work. The longer I have my classic stocks the more I appreciate them..but I own a puggle..so...

I like the classic stock also. I saw a couple today at the gun show but the guy wanted 300.00 and 350.00 for them. One was chrome, but still I thought that was too much. Thats probably why I remember seeing those same guns at the last gun show. They will probably be at the next gun show. Lol

Keep an eye on GB, I picked my Chrome 995 for $200 including s/h.
