    Who dat? Not Longshot. They don't sell anything but shrouds.

    Iowatrekker? Something like that. Sells solely on ebay now. And he calls them shrouds as well, but that much weight added to the barrel certainly compensates muzzle rise.

    I believe it's Iowatriker. I bought a "second" from him for my 4595ts. The holes were a little off, but i got it for 10 bucks if I remember correctly. Quality work.

    Shroud ???????????

    It's a shroud. The metal that it's machined to is a full length shroud. This is to keep the barrel cooler but mostly for looks. I machine them with a full length shroud with the perforated metal added for looks and protection.

    I wish this guy still made things. He was one of the first to do parts, this is his "Shork". Sadly, they aren't made anymore.

    Also have one of the few .40 cal models he made, it was a prototype, and was marked so no one would screw up and try to put it on a 995
