I'm going to have to agree and disagree. While average Joe would already be serving time in Vacaville, Baldwin won't do prison time, 'cause he's a "celebrity" or "star" and has the big bucks to pay off whomever he needs to.
But he's not going to be ruined, he's going to spin the bull$hit that "the gun just went off on its own" with his dying breath. And the Kali libtards will buy into his line of crap 'cause guns kill people, and it's never the person pulling the trigger. So this cause celebre will end up benefiting him.

While I believe maybe maybe not on the average citizens going straight to jail, because they don't generally shoot movies. It a difficult case for the prosecutor to just figure out what actually happened. Where and who was actually legally responsible on the set.

Another case currently is the rancher who supposedly shot a unarmed or armed illegal. He was jailed and posted bond on 1st degree which I think is now 2nd degree. Where there armed illegals in his land? Did he fire above them or at them? So many questions.
I sort of want to believe him. Because he did call it in. He could have just removed the body and no one would of found out.
