Oh man, I'm feelin' it. But it was sooooo good! Home made hash this weekend for sure, can't let those potatoes and corned beef go to waste.
No. I had enchiladas and too much beer. I woke up at 2:00 and thought I was they guy off the Alien movie.
There is no such thing as too much beer! Now, there is a thing as too little of beer, as in shortage.
Huh. I had biscuits and bacon with eggs and cheese, and lots of Mt Dew. Not too big on St Paddy's day, I don't drink, I hate cabbage and I'm not Irish, or Catholic.
I typically wear orange on St. Patrick's day. People always come up and say "Where's your green?" Being mainly of Scotch-Irish Protestant descent (or Ulster-Scots for those across the pond), I explain that we wear orange while the Catholics wear green. They then say "that's dumb" and walk away.
No corned beef, no cabbage, and no alcohol... Instead I ate chicken and pork speedies that I brought back from NY.
I wish! For someone who has more than a little Irish in his family tree, that didn't happen. I'm sure Granny has reached maximum RPMs in her grave because the traditional dinner didn't happen last night.
Nope makes to much for me to use up and it doesn't freeze all that well cooked. I did have 4 Summit Extra Pale Ales though!
I was on a work trip 7 hours from home. Pretty upset I missed my mom's dinner. I look forward to it all year I love corned beef and cabbage. My wife hates it, so I get my fill once a year from mom's kitchen. My wife was a good sport though. I picked up a 3lb chunk when I got home yesterday going to slow cook it tomorrow
I did have corned beef and cabbage, but she actually didn't make enough (insert OINK here) lol. The ole lady had a serving, I had the rest SMH, but as was said earlier, cannot be too much beer!!! :indeed:
