Are they +P?

I'm sure this is a dumb question, however as averse as I am to guns going "BOOM" in my hands I have to ask. The "manual" that came with my 4595TS carbine says nothing about +P. The Hi Point website, as far as I can determine says nothing about +P, but I have read from other sources that the carbines are rated for +P. I have sent them three emails asking for clarification on this issue and to date I have not received an answer. SO, can anyone out there clarify this for me? Sure would appreciate it. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Word is that ALL Hi Points ARE +P Rated.
But I cannot guide you to an exact link or post proving it...

    I have a 4595TS carbine, not a handgun.
