These metal striker-fired pistols just might be becoming an increasingly substantial part of the market, given that Walther and S&W are making metal versions of their striker pistols, and aftermarket manufacturers are selling metal grip modules for Sig P320 and P365 models. Well, Armscor is getting into the game with their STK100.

This looks like it might be worth getting as more information comes out about holster compatibility and availability of rear night sights. The optic cut is a nice feature, but I'm still a bit of a Luddite, so it'll probably be another 10 years or so before I get on board the bandwagon for that fad. The optic cut isn't a detraction to me--it's just superfluous like a new Government Motors car with OnStar you have available but to which you never subscribe or use.
Now, there is one really cool feature on this pistol I know @moona11 will like and which will probably make him choose this one over the S&W 2.0 Metal:
Yes, it takes Glock 17 magazines! In general appearance, it looks like Armscor loosely based the design on the Glock but fixed the various aesthetic and ergonomic characteristics of which people complain.
The site shows an MSRP of $499, so it looks really tempting.

The STK100 boasts an aluminum grip that adds just enough weight to reduce felt recoil while still being comfortable to carry all day.
