So i have the adjustable disk for my autodisk, and i have to say that i love it. But on my last run of .223, i noticed that i was finding rl7 kinda trickling out from either on the top where the wiper seal is, or from underneath as it slides. Anyone else find powder where it shouldn't be on their autodisk? Time for a new wiper seal?

It's not uncommon. Sometimes the seal needs a replacement.

that's my guess too. it did look a bit frayed last I looked at it. it's got probably close to 5k worth of rounds charged through it, not including the calibration throws I've had to make.

I use a graphite spray on my disks so they move easier across the wiper. Never had a wiper leak or get damaged yet.
Never got the ACB to work, but I never used it for a rifle load. Found it has to be nearly wide open to even get any powder to fall into it. Don't know why Lee designed it so it doesn't fall under the drop tube at the lower CC settings.
The thing is now you can apparently get their metal PPM and it can be case activated. If it is as good as the PPM, it will drop very consistent charges.

This is even better than the Lee bar. I had it custom made a few months ago.

Goes Bang: How much is it?
Probably the cost of a new Auto-Disk.
Does it work at 3.0gn of Bullseye or 4.0gn of 231/HP38?

    From my previous post.

Auto Disk custom charge bar update:

I just tested 4 powders to see what minimum charge I can drop.

    Here are the results.

    TiteGroup - 3.7 gr

    Bullseye - 2.5 gr

    Power Pistol - 1.6 gr

    CFE Pistol - 4.2 gr

    Cheers!

I paid $35 for it. Not sure if he will make another.

I have 3 Auto Disks. Looking for a 4th. Maybe the new Classic Cast.

What's the max charge it will throw? The adjustable disk will throw over 21gr of rl7. Anything more than that and i have to use the adjustable disk and one of the regular disks

I've not had any reason to check maximum charge. Someday I will check.
