1. Has anyone removed there barrel on there C-9 Yet? Is it as easy as popping out the 2 "pins" that hold it in? I want to remove it and refinish it.

  2. Yes, that is pretty well it. Remove the pins and wiggle the barrel out of the frame. When done wiggle it back into place and tap the pins back in.

Be careful of small parts falling out of the gun when banging on pins with a hammer. Might be a good idea to remove the safety, sear pin, sear etc ...

  4. I think as long as you leave the grips on you are fairly safe from loosing parts

  5. Scary how simple it is huh?

Whom ever started Hi Point is smart, Give the people what they want give them unprecedented customer support, They'll love ya and keep coming back for more. Pretty simple yet smart, They took that same ideal I believe and put it into the design of their fire arms resulting in a simple accurate yet deadly firearm.
