    Today was a great day!
Got up at 3:30 am and hit the stores for some shopping with my wife. It's become a tradition for us.

    Also, did some gun trading.
Traded my AR 15 with 8 mags and 150 rds of .223 for a very lightly used Walther P22, a like new Remington 770 in 30-06 and a gently used Benelli Nova Pump Action 12ga.
Also around 50 rds of various 12ga shotgun shells and 30 rds of remington 30-06 soft tips.

All I really wanted was the Walther. The other 2 guns I may keep awhile, shoot and trade off later.

All in all, it's been a great day.

.24 cents per round, not sure if that's good or not, half of it is 124 grain, other half in 115 grain all brass cased. Wanted to get a Russian M44 carbine, the stock was in excellent condition, but the store wanted $275, I offered $250 but they wouldn't budge on the price.

    Wanna trade that 770 for a C9 or a JCP :D

Seriously, though, sounds like a nice trade. I'd do a 3 for 1 anytime.

.24 cents is a good price for brass cased.

A mosin is one I don't have yet. I just haven't found the right deal yet.

I did see a high standard duramatic m101 .22 pistol at my lgs. They are asking 279.00 with 10 percent off. If they'd of went 20% I probably wouldv'e jumped on it.

I'm liking the .22 pistols for some reason right now.
Maybe cause .22 is still the cheapest plinkin you can do right now.

    Fun fun fun

    That was my thought!

My next AR will probably be a builder. Maybe in .308.
