But you don’t have a legal SBR until you render your $200 and paperwork unto Caesar.

So they’re basically giving you a free registration, worth $200. Not to mention suddenly allowing you to call your ex-pistol an SBR, thus allowing you to avoid the worries of swapping lowers and uppers and “accidentally” becoming a felon.

Exactly. The people have the right, and it shall not be infringed…if you need a reason, which you shouldn’t…it’s because the people are the militia when action is required. As such, those “arms” are any and all that are in existence, regardless of unconstitutional classifications or lists.

The problem with the “free stamp” is, once they have a million on file, someone is going to realize they missed out on $200,000,000 of tax revenue, and there’s literally nothing stopping congress from adding a yearly fee to help cover the cost of doing all that paperwork, or some other ridiculous rationale to keep milking the people.

I'm torn between converting my retro 12" 6.5 upper to a pin& weld 16" upper (hard finding 5/8-24 barrel extensions at 4.75-5" length that looks like XM177 moderators or flash hiders), or to SBR it with the blade brace, or to disassemble buffer tube and put a pistol stubby tube on and wait until court cases resolve this; and to see what the Congress people do.

Just put the phallus buffer tube on the gun, and wait. Don’t let them make you spend money you shouldn’t have to spend.

What I meant to say is, "You don't have the items in your possession until you are approved. So they won't come and take the items and toss you in jail.:" Not sure how that would work with a fuel filter silencer application. Again. It will never happen with me. Unless we can buy them legally without a tax stamp etc.

That common use thing is a piece of garbage, it makes no freaking difference if something is in common use or not. The 2nd doesn’t say “the right of the people to keep and bear commonly used arms….”

Right now, we are using it to win a little. But if we use it….THEY can also use it to deny any NEW gun, prior to its becoming common. Imagine if they had used it to deny the Sig FCU, and wiped out the P365 and P320, or the 5.7 guns in general 15 years ago when they were rare.

Been watching a lot of the senate questions for the ATF and it’s been interesting. The left is completely oblivious to reality, the officials testifying will NOT answer a question, they just stick to their talking points even when experts expose their ludicrous lies and hypocrisy, and the GOP is getting fed up with it all.

I REALLY wish someone would go nuclear on the bureaucrats, and those politicians that support them.

I’ve been watching violent cartoons and killing things from meteors to aliens to Russians to Germans to who even knows on screens for decades.

Amazingly to some….not a violent killer.

I wish that NO ONE cared what guns were used, simply because they don't matter. I mean, I'm a bit curious too, but the focus should be on the insanity inherent in the gender dysphoric crowd; as well as on the societal acceptance and even praise for the expression of that sickness.
