I think it's crap that scotus makes a decision, then a state changes their laws by a few words, or add a different firearm, then all of a sudden it has to go through the same hoops of banning, threats of confiscation, etc. again. What a PITA. Typical gov disfunction. Myabe they should read the 2nd more slowly. If only the framers would have left that part about the militia out of it. :rolleyes:
No place does it give the right to keep and bare arms to the militia. It says the right of the PEOPLE shall not be infringed. In fact it doesn't even give people the right. It assumed that right to exist already.
